YQH Roller Type Wet Film Thickness Gauge

Coatings that are too thick not only waste time and cost, but can lead to cracking of the coating during the coating curing process.

Coatings that are too thin will result in insufficient coverage of the substrate and it is necessary to measure the coating thickness while the coating is still wet.

Wet film thickness measurement is useful for substrates that can only be measured destructively.

The wet film wheel is high-precision and easy to use. It consists of three wheels. The diameter of the center wheel is small, and the diameter of the two sides is larger.

Roll the wet film wheel along the wet film, the center wheel will always touch the film. The scale where the contact point is located is the wet film thickness.

Wet film wheels can be measured on both flat and curved surfaces.
