Introduction

Painted surfaces need to be tested for scrub resistance by brush sponge or other means. Scrub resistance test repeaters produce a small range of repeated abrasion or erosion-induced damage to the specimen under controlled conditions to simulate everyday use or wear. Examples of tests include interior and exterior architectural paint, wallpaper or carpet. Scrub brush instrument is designed according to GB/T9266. The instrument adopts soap water circulation device, which has the characteristics of new scientific structure and simple operation. The scrub resistance Tester measures scrubability and properties related to paint damage resistance. Using two screens to accelerate the "wear and scratch" test, the repeatability of the results is good.
