Introduction
Designed and manufactured for continuous monitoring of VOC's, the TVOC is the perfect safety device for high-risk locations such as the manufacturing and processing industries. The TVOC is the first stationary photoionization (PID) gas monitor to continuously monitor total volatile organic gases. Equipped with a 4-20mA intelligent analogue output, the TVOC can be easily integrated into the DCS control system to achieve high VOC safety alarms in the Operating Environment.
Compared to pump-based systems, TVOC utilizes diffusion sampling technology to reduce contamination of the Test Chamber, resulting in fewer lamp cleanings and maintenance. TVOC is easy to install, maintain and calibrate. At the same time, no thermal effect permitting is required, and the PID sensor can be replaced and maintained in a matter of seconds.
