TQC SHEEN SH1133N (Ref1133N) Automatic Film Applicator Drawdown Vacuum Plate

Introduction

The TQC SHEEN SH1132N automatic coating machine can improve the consistency and repeatability of the coating film, reduce the influence of inconsistencies such as manual coating speed control, application pressure, etc., and achieve a finer coating film.

An automatic Film Applicator with applicator rods is used to test coating performance, including wet film thickness, dry film thickness, leveling, sagging, hiding power and color.

SH1132N automatic film coating machine is equipped with vacuum plate as standard test plate.

Features

• The application speed of different paints can be adjusted from 50-500mm/sec (in increments of 10mm/sec).

• 4 programs can be preset to get a good coating effect.

• Keyboard for setting the descent speed. Forward/Reverse keys to start or reset the drawdown.

• Large, easy-to-read LED display provides a clear indication of the actual descent speed.

• The counter records the start and stop times, and stops when the speed reaches 200 mm/s.

The SH1137 can be used with all Sheen Instruments series Film Applicators and 18 cm film width wire wound applicators.

• Spring clips are held in place on the test plate.

• Wire rod retainer is installed as standard equipment.

• Solvent resistant touch button panel for easy cleaning.

• Emergency stop ensures safe operation.

• Safety clutch mounted on the drive mechanism.

The overspeed switch cuts off power to the engine in the event of a malfunction.
