Introduction

Planetary mixer is a new type of effective homogenizing mixing equipment, which has a large output torque, especially suitable for medium and high viscosity and high thixotropy materials (such as adhesives, silicone, lithium battery slurry, etc.) for very effective mixing.

When the equipment is running, the stirring paddle and the dispersion shaft rotate around the axis of the barrel at the same time, and the double propeller rotates without dead angle, so that the material rolls up and down and horizontally at high speed, and the dispersion disc continuously shears and breaks up the material, and the material can achieve the effect of mixing uniformly in a very short time in this complex motion environment.

The DEMIX six-shaft planetary mixer consists of two sets of high-speed dispersers, two sets of low-speed twist paddles, one set of rotary wall scraping, and one set of online rotary temperature measurement system. 05. The kettle body adopts a double-layer jacket, which is connected with the temperature control system, which can carry out stable temperature control of the material;

06. Using DEMIX online temperature measurement system, it can measure the accurate temperature of the material in real time, and the error is less than 1°C;

07. Using international brand inverter, the motor runs safely, stably, reliably and timingly;

08. A variety of sealing methods are adopted to achieve stable vacuum and pressure holding control, and the vacuum degree is as low as -0.098MPa;
