The scope of use of the pump

1. The pump is one of the basic equipment used to pump out gas from the sealed container. It can be used alone, and can also be used as a backing pump for a booster pump, a diffusion pump, a molecular pump, etc., a maintenance pump, and a pre-pump for a series of pumps. It can be used in the manufacture of electric vacuum devices, thermos bottles, vacuum welding, printing Manufacturing, blistering, refrigeration equipment repair and supporting instruments and meters. Because of its small size, light weight, and low noise, it is more suitable for use in laboratories.

2. The pump is allowed to run continuously for a long time under the condition that the ambient temperature is 5-40°C and the air inlet pressure is less than 1.3x103 Pa. When the Relative Humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the gas ballast valve should be opened.

3. The continuous unblocked operation of the pump air inlet shall not exceed one minute.

4. The pump is not suitable for pumping gas that is corrosive to metal, chemically reactive to pump oil, contains particulate dust, and gas that is too high in oxygen, explosive, and poisonous.
