Overview

The color development machine can print on different materials (including book paper, copper paper, matte pink paper, gray board paper, film and tinplate); it is used with ink refilling and has high repeatability; the color development machine is safe and simple to operate.

Features

Ink leveling mode: 

1. The ink distribution speed can be switched between automatic and manual, which is suitable for different operating habits and special situations;

2. The soft start mode of the intermediate positioning and non-crossing operation can be set to reduce the uneven color development and the phenomenon of ink flying, and improve the accuracy of color development;

3. Four-stage ink distribution mode time setting (each stage can be set from 0 to 200 seconds), which can be used to set any ink distribution method: serial positioning, intermittent close, fixed close and automatic speed change, more accurate and humane ;

Ink distribution pressure (automatic): can be automatically adjusted according to the wear condition of the rubber roller or the error between the old and new rubber rollers.

Color development pressure (automatic): Automatically adjusts according to the thickness of the color development material (-1~+1 mm), which is more accurate and convenient.

Color development effect: There is a 10mm secondary color development light area, which can more accurately and intuitively compare the differences between two colors when comparing inks (see the appearance diagram of NB229T)

Cleaning: The metal roller does not move in cleaning mode, which is safe and convenient.

Rubber roller: standard configuration of ordinary and UV dual-purpose rollers.
