Features

1) High precision, 0.1 HR resolution and repetition rate. RH-AUTO adopts G&R's patented loading system and displacement measurement system to ensure the testing accuracy of RH-AUTO. The resolution and repetition rate of traditional Rockwell Hardness Testers are 0.5 to 1.5HR.

2) The screw is progressively loaded and controlled by force sensor feedback. The force applied to the pressure head has an error of only +-0.1Kg. The traditional Rockwell Hardness Tester loading system consists of a set of enamel codes, such as 15Kg, which is amplified to 150Kg by a lever and applied to the indenter. Due to the accuracy and wear of the lever fulcrum, the force applied to the indenter may have an error of +-2Kg. .

3) Using G&R's patented displacement sensor, the measurement accuracy is 0.1μm. The traditional Rockwell Hardness Tester uses an inductive displacement sensor or a mechanical dial indicator, and the measurement accuracy is 1μm to 2μm.

4) RH-AUTO adopts a building block modular structure, which consists of a measuring head and a set of different aluminum alloy frames. It can be combined into various Hardness Testers according to user requirements.
