Features
It can be used as a stand-alone machine or connected to a micro printer and computer for data collection.
The stepper motor rotates with high subdivision drive, the speed is accurate and stable, and the change of AC Voltage frequency does not affect the accuracy of measuring viscosity.
For thixotropic non-Newtonian liquids, the timing function of the viscometer ensures good consistent data.
The LCD has a blue backlight function, which directly displays the viscosity, rotational speed, percentmeter torque, the maximum viscosity value and temperature value that can be measured by the rotor at the current speed. The viscosity value shows a continuous variation. When the measurement range is out, there is an alarm sound.
SNB data acquisition and plotting software can be purchased for data acquisition and data analysis, and micro monochrome printers can also be purchased for timed printing of measurement results.
The full-scale range and linearity of the instrument are all calibrated through the computer interface, and its measurement performance and function have reached the same professional level abroad.
RTD temperature probe is standard to monitor the sample temperature in real time with an accuracy of 0.1°C and a temperature range of 0-100°C.
It adopts 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core, high-subdivision drive stepper motor, and digital LCD with blue backlight function.
Depending on your needs, you can choose a different standard rotor.
According to the need, the reference materials of the Bureau of Metrology can be purchased to calibrate the viscometer, so that the inspection level is in line with the international standard.
