Introduction

It implements the American Society for Testing and Materials standard ASTM D 2240-05 and the Japanese national standard JIS K 6253-2006, and implements GB/T2411-2008. This standard is equivalent to ISO 868: 2003 "Plastic and Hard Rubber - Determination of Indentation Hardness Using a Durometer ( Shore hardness)" (English version). This standard is equivalent to the translation of ISO 868:2003, and is completely consistent in technical content. The Hardness Tester is installed on the same type of constant load measuring frame that is produced as a complete set, and can measure the hardness of hard rubber test pieces in the laboratory.

The main purpose

It is suitable for determining the hardness of Shore A rubber greater than 90° in the laboratory, and can also determine the hardness value of similar high-hardness materials such as engineering plastics and glass fiber reinforced plastics.
