Introduction
NIRUN SMJ-1 Coal Water Slurry Viscometer is a special viscosity measuring instrument for coal water slurry developed in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB/T188564-2002.
It adopts a 16-bit microcomputer processor as the core, a stepping motor with high subdivision drive, and a digital display viscosity measuring instrument with a digital liquid crystal and a blue backlight function. The speed is stable and accurate, the keys are clearly marked, the program design is easy to operate, when the torque is lower than 10% and higher than 90% of the measurement range, the instrument will give a warning, and the RTD temperature probe can monitor and measure the viscosity temperature in real time, with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The temperature measurement range is 0 ℃ -120 ℃. The screen directly displays viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, rotational speed, temperature, percent torque, rotor number and the measurable viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current rotational speed. RS232 interface printing, the printing interval can be set by the user. The two-way RS232 interface can communicate with the computer to realize program control and data acquisition.
The instrument can choose DV program-controlled offline download software to download the custom measurement program to the instrument to realize automatic operation and personalized operation. Optional rheology software is available to realize computer automation, data collection and analysis, data storage, historical data comparison and other functions.
The main control board and the subdivision driver board all adopt patch technology, and the circuit design adopts the current professional microcomputer processor, and the structure layout is reasonable and compact. The instrument's full scale and linearity of each block are all measured and corrected through the PC interface, and its measurement performance and functions have reached the professional level of the same type abroad.
