Introduction
ARTIP 4100 is a new generation of Leeb Hardness Testers. On the basis of the original Leeb Hardness Tester, the double-coil technology independently developed by our company is adopted to improve the measurement accuracy. The HARTIP4100 is rugged and durable due to its metal housing, making it particularly suitable for high-temperature environments with heat treatment. Using a high-resolution TFT color liquid crystal, the positive and negative offsets are displayed dynamically. In addition, the existing measurement range has been extended to meet the requirements of HRC and HB values for low-hardness materials such as mild steel, and HRC values for ultra-high-hardness materials. Equipped with Bluetooth and USB ports, it can be wirelessly printed and connected to a computer. Inside, it is equipped with a lithium-ion rechargeable battery, which can be charged via a USB port. It supports user calibration and has an automatic statistics function.
