Introduction

Penetrating stainless steel probe. The probe uses NTC thermistor sensor, which provides very accurate temperature measurement, and is a satisfactory instrument for measuring temperature according to the requirements of HACCP [food standard].
The sharp, penetrating AISI 316 stainless steel temperature probe is designed for easy cleaning and can be easily inserted into semi-solid products such as fruits, vegetables and cheeses, and can also handle liquids, air and other temperature measurements in frozen materials.
