Introduction
HI98509 is a high-precision thermometer, CAL Check™ automatically verifies the calibration at startup [-0-, indicating that the self-test is normal, Err, indicating that the instrument is faulty], the user can freely switch to choose the °C/°F unit, the clear LCD display, easy to read, the user can choose to automatically turn off (choose 8 minutes, 60 minutes or disable three modes to choose), IP65 waterproof protection,
It is connected to a penetrating stainless steel probe via a 1 m (3.3 ft) flexible silicone cable. The probe uses NTC thermistor sensor, which provides very accurate temperature measurement, and is a satisfactory instrument for measuring temperature according to the requirements of HACCP [food standard].
The sharp, penetrating AISI 316 stainless steel temperature probe is designed for easy cleaning and can be easily inserted into semi-solid products such as fruits, vegetables and cheeses, and can also handle liquids, air and other temperature measurements in frozen materials.
