Yes, only after a small amount of adapters can you use/select the 21, 27, 28, and 29 rotors. 0-4 is the standard rotor, more than 300ml, so the machine can only set these 4 rotors. After a small amount of adapters, you can use the small rotor.

The 3 and 4 rotors are all in our regular container, and then a u-shaped frame is added to the regular beaker, which is the standard test. But the No. 3 rotor is not good, it has an impact. As for the No. 4 rotor, for those with relatively large viscosity, it seems that there is no flowability. So for the sample in this case, the No. 4 rotor puts the sample in the small amount of sample adapter, and then takes the No. 4 rotor inside to test, which may not have a great impact, because his sample will not spread out, and the size of the container does not have a great impact on it
