TQC Sheen SH0590 Automatic Panel Sprayer 4700N

Introduction

The panel sprayer eliminates application inconsistencies encountered when using handheld Spray Guns, providing a way to set up well-established and repeatable conditions for consistent results.

Consistency in coating application is necessary for the subsequent evaluation of color, gloss, opacity, and general appearance, as well as physical properties including thickness, sag, leveling, and adhesion.

It is particularly important to evaluate these properties when applying high-performance coatings such as metallic coatings, pearlescent coatings and special effects coatings.

The TQC Sheen Automatic Panel Sprayer is fully pneumatic and developed in collaboration with major paint manufacturers.

Models and options

There are two models, namely SH0586 and SH0590. (previously SH4500N and SH4700N models, respectively)

The SH0586 is equipped with a single gun* for use, and the SH0590 model has the function of two guns*.

*Spray guns are not included in the sprayer.(The former Sheen model 4800N is no longer available.) ）

There are differences between the new models and the replaced Sheen 4500N and 4700N models

The new models SH0586 (single gun) and SH0590 (double gun) replace the previous Sheen 4500N and 4700N versions with the same feature of fixed gun lift increment settings. (40 and 50 mm)

New model

Based on the SH0586 (single gun) and SH0590 (double gun) models, the two new models SH5082 (single gun) and SH5081 (double gun) are available for customers to specify gun lifts from 10mm to 500mm.

Panel brackets

All models come standard with a magnetic panel bracket; Optional vacuum panel mounts are available for non-magnetic and other flat panel displays.

Set the parameters

The sprayer provides the facility to determine the best atomization, coating construction, flash time, flow/leveling, film thickness, and gun movement speed and accelerated drying.

These settings are especially important when defining the properties of a new formulation.

Very good setup

Once a good setup of the product has been achieved, quality control and further sampling of the product can be easily reproduced, enabling the identification of any inconsistencies in the formulation or formulation.
