TQC Sheen SH1042 inks coating bar has an application width of 180mm and a film thickness of 40 microns. It is a wire-wound coating rod. SH1018 inks coating bar is made of high-grade wear-resistant stainless steel and has good acid and alkaline resistance.

Introduction
The coating width of the Dutch TQC filament wound experimental coating wire rod is 180mm, and the thickness of the wet film that can be prepared is 0~300μm, which supports customization.
Wire bar applicators, also known as threaded wire bars, are ideal for preparing films on paper or plastic. In addition, it is also suitable for film making on soft substrates. TQC imported scraper is made of stainless steel, which has good acid and alkali resistance. The imported scraper can be used for the automatic coating machine.
