TQC Sheen SH1091 inks coating bar 46µm film thickness 180mm film width

Introduction

The coating width of the Dutch TQC filament wound experimental coating wire rod is 180mm, and the thickness of the wet film that can be prepared is 0~300μm, which supports customization.

Wire bar applicators, also known as threaded wire bars, are ideal for preparing films on paper or plastic. In addition, it is also suitable for film making on soft substrates. TQC imported scraper is made of stainless steel, which has good acid and alkali resistance. The imported scraper can be used for the automatic coating machine.
