Heated perforated vacuum table with built-in temperature control and display.

Make films of paints, varnishes and other materials. Add an optional Vacuum Pump to hold your test jams, non-elastic foils, and other flat substrates securely in place. By covering any remaining vacuum wells, small sized samples can be held in place.

The heat is evenly distributed, so the temperature is exactly the same across the vacuum plate. The temperature can be adjusted from ambient to 125°C. The digital controller allows the user to set the temperature exactly to one decimal place.

The heated perforated vacuum table is compatible with all common types of applicators, such as the Baker applicator and the Bird applicator.

The TQC AB4430 heated perforation vacuum table is operated by two buttons. Power switch on the side and temperature control button on the front. To set the temperature, turn on the machine first, and then set the temperature. The test bench will be heated up to this groupTemperature.
