Introduction

Fully automated deep tensile and deep Tensile Testing Machines for testing the ductility of coated ferrous and non-ferrous metals (e.g. coil coatings, lacquers, plastic coatings or galvanized materials). The testing machine is electrohydraulically driven with a maximum pulling force of 100 kN and a digital display for the pulling force, sheet clamping force and drawing punch path. In the production of thermoformed products, the material is deformed in all three coordinate planes. In order to avoid subsequent corrosion damage, the surface coating must not be damaged. For standard checks and verifications required for quality assurance, Type 212 is particularly suitable for depth and depth tensile testing in the thickness range of 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm.
