SZQ-8MIL Paint Preparator Overview

The SZQ-8MIL coating film preparer is a MODERNERal ISO bird-type paint applicator. It uses a high-carbon chromium stainless steel paint applicator. The coating film thickness of SZQ-8MIL is 203.2 microns, and the coating film accuracy is ±3 microns. Paint applicators are widely used in the paint and ink industry for uniform film production and high quality.

Materials used

The SZQ-8MIL coating film Applicator uses 9Cr18Mo high-carbon chromium stainless steel, and 9Cr18 is high-carbon chromium martensitic stainless steel bearing steel. It has high hardness and wear resistance, and high high temperature and low temperature dimensional stability.

Operating procedures

First, place the sample on the platform and secure it to ensure that the Wet Film Applicator cannot move when it slides over.

Third, pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the Wet Film Applicator, hold both ends of it with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second to finally obtain a wet film with the required thickness.
