Introduction to Large Frame Preparator

MODERNER extended frame type-1000/2000/3000 large frame type preparer is a stainless steel frame type preparer with a coating film width of 160mm and a coating film thickness of 1000/2000/3000μm. Frame prepper has 3 film recesses.

Applications

Frame type - 1000/2000/3000 large frame type preparer is used to coat wet films of specified thickness to measure the covering power and color of the sample or prepare samples, etc.

Steps

1. Place the sample on the platform and fix it so that the Frame Applicator does not move when it slides over.

2. Select the appropriate wet film thickness preparation and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3. Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the frame-1000/2000/3000 large frame Applicator, hold both ends of the Applicator with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second to finally get the required Wet film thickness of wet film.

4. After use, the frame-1000/2000/3000 large Frame Applicator should be wiped clean with a suitable solvent, and the surface should be coated with oil or Vaseline.
