MODERNER Cube - 25/50/75/100/125/150/175/200 Cube Applicator

Introduction

Modern Environment Square - 25/50/75/100/125/150/175/200 Square Preparator has a coating film thickness of 25/50/75/100/125/150/175/200μm and a groove width of 101.6mm. The square Applicator is a Wet Film Applicator with a hollow center in the cube. It is made of 9Cr18Mo stainless steel, which is not easy to rust and corrode and has good wear resistance.

How to operate

1. Place the sample on the platform and fix it so that it cannot move when the Square Applicator 50X50 slides over it.

2. Place the Square Applicator 50X50 on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3. Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the Applicator, hold both ends of it with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second to obtain a wet film with the required wet film thickness.

4. After using the Wet Film Applicator, immediately clean and dry it with a suitable solvent, and apply oil or Vaseline on the surface.

Applications

The square Applicator is used to prepare wet films with specific wet film thickness, measure hiding power, color and prepare samples, etc.
