Introduction
The SZQ-75 (75mm) single-sided manual coater has a coating film thickness of 75 μm, one coating surface, a coating width of 75 mm, and a coating film accuracy of ± 2 μm.
The wet film preparer is a manual laboratory coater, with different coating width specifications to choose from, using high carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel, the preparer is used to import three coordinates to detect the dimensional accuracy before leaving the factory to ensure the accuracy of the coating film. SZQ series preparers are available in a variety of shapes such as I-shaped, frame-type, square, etc., and can be divided into single-sided, double-sided, four-sided, and eight-sided preparers according to the thickness of the coating film. The wet film preparer is suitable for making films such as paints, glues, coatings, inks, new chemical materials, etc., and can be equipped with a film coating machine for automatic film scraping.
