TQC AB3702 Cube Applicator 70/150μm

Introduction

A cube applicator for applying a uniform thickness of paint film. Each cube applicator can be applied in 2 predetermined thicknesses or 2 thicknesses depending on customer requirements. The TQC Sheen Cube Applicator is ideal for painting test boards used for drying time loggers.

The cube applicator comes standard with a guide. When used with a narrow glass panel (AB3602), the guide no longer requires a caster guide. The guide plate ensures direct stretching on narrow glass panels (AB3602). The guide plate is fixed with screws and can be easily removed. Each cube applicator is made of ASAB Stavax ESR medical-grade stainless steel tool steel, which is zero-degree vacuum hardened (+1756°C to -70°C) by hardening hardness HRC 55.

Through-hardening means that the metal hardens uniformly throughout the workpiece. Surface or surface (face/frame) hardening hardens only the top layer of metal. Once the top layer is degraded, excessive wear will occur on the product, limiting its service life and affecting accuracy.
