TQC TM0040 dew point calculator

Introduction

The TQC Dew Point Calculator is a handy tool to determine the dew point temperature based on the measurements of the sling dry hygrometer.Includes Celsius/Fahrenheit converters.

A simple calculator for measurements using a Slinger dry hygrometer (measured on the wet/dry bulb principle) or an electronic temperature and relative hygrometer to determine the dew point and Relative Humidity.

How to use:

1. If a sling type psychrometer is used, the so-called psychrometrophied bulb temperature.

• Determine the dew point by mapping the dry-bulb temperature (upper white scale 1) to the wet-bulb temperature (upper black scale).

• Read the dew point in window 2 based on the wet-bulb temperature determined earlier.

2. If the electron temperature and Rel. A hygrometer is being used.

• Determine the dew point by mapping the black arrow on the lower scale 4 (Relative Humidity %RH) to the measured RH value in the window.

• Pay attention to the measured temperature at scale 3 and read the dew point of the black lower scale (dew point temperature).
