Product Description
The shell of this series of Resistance Furnaces is welded from good cold-rolled steel plate, and the furnace door adopts a side-opening structure, which can be opened flexibly. The internal insulation material is 0.4-0.6 lightweight insulation brick and aluminum silicate fiber cotton to reduce its heat storage and thermal conductivity. As a result, the heat storage in the studio is large, the heating time is short, the temperature rise of the instrument surface is low, and the power loss and power consumption of the empty furnace are greatly reduced.
This series of Resistance Furnaces can be used for elemental analysis and determination in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, etc., and for heating small steel parts and other metal heat treatment. This series of Resistance Furnaces are equipped with temperature controllers and thermocouples for temperature measurement, which are supplied by our company as a complete set.
