Using full Chinese display, menu-based operation, simple and convenient operation. This machine can directly display various hardness values such as Richter, Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore, etc. The instrument is small, portable, highly reliable, suitable for harsh operating environments, resistant to vibration, shock and electromagnetic interference.

Features
The Leeb hardness measuring principle enables high-precision detection of all metallic materials.
According to the market demand, four new material hardness values have been added, the D-type impact device alloy tool steel has added HRA and HB, the cast aluminum alloy HV item, the C-type impact device has added the cast aluminum alloy HV item, and has the function of "user material", which can theoretically test the hardness of all metal materials.
It is convenient to switch to all hardness systems (HL, HB, HRB, HRC, HRA, HV, HS) and convert the measured values of each hardness system in parallel.
Using large-screen true color screen LCD display and WOINDOWS interface, the content is vivid and rich, and the information is clear and intuitive.

The brightness of the liquid crystal can be adjusted arbitrarily, which is convenient for use in dark environments.
USB communication interface, which can easily and quickly exchange data and set parameters with the PC.
One main unit can be equipped with 7 different impact devices, and the type of impact device can be automatically identified. There is no need to recalibrate when replaced.
It can store up to 600 sets of hardness measurement data (impact times 32~1). Each set of data includes information such as a single measurement, an average value, the date of measurement, the direction of impact, the number of times, the material, the hardness system, etc.
The upper and lower limits of hardness values can be set in advance, and automatic alarms will be given when the range is exceeded, which is convenient for users to test in batches.
The power supply adopts an integrated lithium battery, which can work continuously for no less than 100 hours, and has power-saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown.
There is a residual power indicator icon on the LCD to prompt the user to charge in time.
It has the function of calibration of the indicator software.
It can be equipped with powerful microcomputer software, which has rich functions such as transmission of measurement results, measurement value storage management, measurement statistical analysis, and printing measurement report to meet the higher requirements of quality assurance activities and management.
The design is based on the standard: "Technical Conditions for Leeb Hardness Tester" JB/T 9378-2001.

Mainly used for:
