YS4580 high-precision Spectrophotometer adopts the 45/0 (45-degree ring illumination, 0-degree reception) geometrical optical structure conforming to CIE No.15, and adopts the concave grating spectroscopic method, which can accurately measure the reflectance of samples and various chromaticity data. The instrument is equipped with a large measuring diameter of Φ20mm, which is used for accurate color measurement and quality control in traffic road signs, plastic electronics, paint ink, textile and garment printing and dyeing, printing, ceramics and other industries. The instrument has a separate UV light source, which can be used for fluorescent sample measurement. The instrument has built-in standard colors of GB 2893 and GB/T 18833, and the tolerance of polygonal rectangles can be customized manually. One-key can realize the measurement of luminance factor and chromaticity coordinates of traffic road signs, marking lines, and reflective films. For uneven samples with streaks or granular samples, the instrument has high accuracy and high stability.
Under the 45/0 geometric optical lighting conditions recommended by CIE, the instrument can accurately measure the reflectance data of samples/fluorescent samples, and can accurately measure and express various color difference formulas and color indices in various color spaces. With the aid of this instrument, accurate color transfer can be easily achieved, and it can also be used as a testing device for a precise color matching system. The instrument is also widely used in the quality control of color difference of various products.
