Introduction

The combination of "torque balance servo method" and "pivot-free structure" achieves good linearity and reproducibility of data. Automatic range adjustment derived from dynamic range makes the program measurement function more convenient to use.

The "pivot-free structure" that does not use jewel bearings ensures reliable linearity and reproducibility of viscosity values ââover a wide measurement range.

The dynamic range is the biggest charm of TV-25/35 viscometer.

With one viscometer, the viscosity range can be expanded up to 8 times without having to replace the spindle, and the viscosity can be measured continuously.

Features

âTorque balance servo method

Using torque balance and servo method, zero position measurement method is adopted. Even within a wide measuring range, it is not affected.

âMultiple measurement ranges

The wide dynamic range enables multi-weight range measurement. The measurement range can be expanded up to 8 times, and continuous measurement is possible without replacing the rotor.

âNo pivot structure

A flexible hinge system replaces pivots and gems, resulting in a pivot-free structure.

âRotation speed

Increasing at a speed of 0.1 rpm, any rotation speed can be set between 0.1 and 100.0 rpm.

âAutomatic zero point correction and deviation correction

This automatic feature makes instrument calibration easy.

âMeasurement mode memory

Manual mode, automatic stop (time, viscosity) mode, each mode has 5 memory modes.

âAuto stop

The measurement time and viscosity value can be automatically terminated.

âRemote operation

The viscometer can be remotely operated to start and end measurement using external input signals. In addition, the output signal (collector open circuit) can be used to confirm the status of the viscometer by lighting and beeping.

âUpper and lower limit alarms

When the upper and lower limit settings are exceeded, a buzzer will sound.

âPreheating

The measurement can be started automatically after preheating according to the preset preheating time. The time until the measurement starts is displayed as a countdown.

âData exchange

It is interchangeable with conventional viscometer data and complies with JIS and ISO standards.
