Instrument introduction

XTL-18A/XTL-18BD inverted metallographic microscope adopts excellent infinity optical system and modular functional design concept, which can be easily upgraded to realize polarized light observation, dark field observation and other functions. The compact and stable high-rigidity main body fully reflects the anti-vibration requirements of microscope operation. The ergonomic design meets the requirements of human engineering, which makes the operation more convenient and comfortable, and the space is wider.  ■ Eyepiece

    • Standard high eye point design, N-WF10X/22 eyepiece with foldable rubber eyecup, adjustable binocular power for easier binocular observation, and a reticle for measurement and calculation can also be installed.

 ■ Observation tube

• 45° inclined hinged lens barrel, the adjustment range of interpupillary distance is 53-75mm. Even if you observe for a long time, it can ensure the user's comfortable operation without fatigue.
    • The large field of view (22mm) of the binocular tube makes the search faster and more convenient.

•The camera device interface is on the right side of the fuselage, which can easily install the microphotography camera device, and the split ratio is 0:100.

 ■ Polarization device and lighting system

    • The high-brightness 12V/50W halogen lamp can provide sufficient illumination for all microscopic observation techniques and photomicrographic techniques, so that you can easily observe for a long time and obtain microscopic images with high definition and good contrast.
    • Equipped with variable aperture diaphragm, field of view diaphragm device and centering device to ensure uniform illumination of the field of view.
    • With polarizing observation device.

 ■ Observation with bright and dark field objectives

• Infinity plan long working distance metallurgical objectives: 5X, 10X, 20X, 50X (one machine can be used for bright field and dark field observation)

 ■ Mechanical moving stage

    • The unique design of the mechanical stage allows you to move the specimen more freely and conveniently, and greatly improves the observation efficiency.
    • The 242mmx200mm large-area stage enables you to choose a wider range of specimens.
    • Hard coating surface, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant.
    • Coarse and fine coaxial focusing travel: 30mm, fine adjustment scale value 0.002mm, to ensure sufficient operating distance.
