Introduction
LS108A lens transmittance Tester is a professional IR ink measuring instrument for testing mobile phone covers, this IR ink Tester mainly tests 550nm transmittance, infrared 850nm, 940nm transmittance, test aperture 1mm, mobile phone cover IR hole greater than 1mm can be tested, the instrument is equipped with an L-shaped bracket as standard, which is convenient for batch testing on the production line, simple operation and fast measurement.
Features
1. The three test holes all have alignment indication LEDs, which are used to align the holes of the mobile phone lens during the test.
2. The instrument has a real-time dynamic self-calibration function, and it is automatically calibrated to 100% transmittance after powering on.
3. The minimum size of the test object is ¢1mm, and the IR hole of the mobile phone with an aperture larger than 1mm can be measured.
4. Stainless steel desktop design, exquisite appearance, conducive to the placement of the measured object, easy to operate.
5. On the stainless steel table, glue and fix a lens positioning piece, which is convenient for batch testing of lenses on the production line.
6. Therefore, the light source is screened by the spectrometer to achieve an accurate fixed wavelength test. Each instrument is factory tested with standard pieces to ensure accuracy and consistency.
7.5V power supply, can be connected to the mobile power supply for direct power supply.
8. The instrument has a USB interface, free computer software, which can realize real-time display of data in the production testing process, set the upper and lower limits, count the number of qualified test samples, the number of unqualified and the total number, qualified judgment, over-limit alarm, export data and other functions, please refer to the software and software operation manual in the attached U disk for details.
