        Probe introduction

        How to calibrate CM-8826F?

        [Zero correction] 1. Press the measurement probe on the reference block (or on the measurement body without coating), and then tap the zero correction key ZERO to zero. When pressing the ZERO key, the measurement probe should not shake on the reference block. At the same time, it should be noted that the probe can only be lifted after pressing the ZERO key, otherwise, the zero correction is incorrect. 2. Lift the measurement probe more than 1cm, and then press the probe on the reference block (or on the measurement body without coating) at a normal speed. Observe the measurement value at the same point on the reference block. If the measurement value is near 0, it means that the zero correction is successful. Otherwise, it should be re-zero. [Calibration fullness] 1. According to the measurement coating thickness, select the appropriate standard diaphragm to calibrate fullness. 2. Now place the standard diaphragm on the reference block (or on the measurement body without coating). 3. Then press the measurement probe on the standard diaphragm, and the measurement value will be displayed on the display. If the measurement value is different from the standard diaphragm, the measurement value can be corrected by adding 1 key or subtracting 1 key. 4. In order to ensure the accuracy of the calibration fullness, it can be verified by multiple measurements of the same standard diaphragm.
