Product Description
◆This product is suitable for testing various performance indicators of aerospace products, information electronic instruments, materials, electrical engineering, electronic products, and various electronic components in high-low temperature or hot and humid environments.
Box structure
◆The box body is processed by CNC machine tools, with beautiful and elegant appearance, and adopts non-reactive handles, which are easy to operate.
◆The inner tank of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer shell of the box is made of A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
◆The water supply tank is placed in the lower right part of the control box, and has automatic protection against water shortage, which is more convenient for the operator to replenish water.
◆The large observation window is equipped with a lighting lamp to keep the inside of the box bright, and the built-in tempered glass in the heating element is used to clearly observe the situation inside the box at any time.
◆The pipeline of the humidification system is separated from the control circuit board, which can avoid failure due to water leakage of the humidification pipeline and improve safety.
◆Water system pipeline circuit system adopts door type opening, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
◆Using ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton for thermal insulation of the cabinet, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss.
◆The test hole with a diameter of 50mm is equipped on the left side of the cabinet, which can be used for external test power lines or signal lines.
Programmable Logic Controller
◆The temperature and humidity control instrument adopts a (7.0-inch) super-large screen, which is easy to operate on the screen and easy to program edit. The controller operation interface is available in Chinese and English, and the real-time operation curve can be displayed on the screen.
◆It has the capacity of 100 groups of programs, 1000 segments and 999 cycle steps, and the maximum time setting for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes.
◆After the data and test conditions are input, the controller has a screen lock function to avoid stopping the machine due to human touch.
◆With RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, it can design programs on the computer, monitor the test process and perform functions such as automatic power-off.
◆It has the function of automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the changing conditions of temperature and humidity, making the temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.
Refrigeration and air circulation system
◆Refrigerator adopts French original "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor.
◆The refrigeration system adopts unit or binary low temperature loop system design.
◆Multi-blade air blower is used for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead angle, and can make the temperature and humidity distribution in the test area even.
◆The design of the wind circuit circulation air outlet and return air, the wind pressure and wind speed meet the test standards, and can make the temperature and humidity stabilize quickly when the door is opened. The heating, cooling, and humidification systems are completely independent and effective, reducing testing costs and increasing life. Reduce the failure rate.
