        Description

        ◆The product is suitable for aerospace products, information electronic instruments, materials, electricians, electronic products, and various electronic components in high-low temperature or humid and hot environment, and inspect their performance indicators. 

        Cabinet structure

        ◆The box body is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, the shape is beautiful and generous, and the non-reaction handle is adopted, which is easy to operate.

        ◆ The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the shell of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.

        ◆The water replenishment tank is placed in the lower right part of the control box, and has automatic protection for water shortage, which is more convenient for the operator to replenish the water source.

        ◆ The large observation window is equipped with a light to keep the box bright, and the tempered glass embedded in the heating body is used to clearly observe the situation in the box at any time.

        ◆ The humidification system pipeline is separated from the control circuit board, which can avoid the failure of the humidification pipeline due to water leakage and improve safety.

        ◆ The pipeline circuit system of the waterway system adopts the door type opening, which is convenient for maintenance and overhaul.

        ◆ The box body insulation is made of ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss.

        ◆The left side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 50mm, which can be used for external test power cable or signal cable. 

        Programmable controllers 

        ◆The temperature and humidity control instrument adopts (7.0 inches) large screen screen, the screen operation is simple, and the program editing is easy.

        The operation interface of the controller is available in Chinese and English, and the real-time operation curve diagram can be displayed on the screen.

        ◆ It has the capacity of 100 sets of programs and 1000 segments of 999 cycle steps, and the maximum value of each period is set to 99 hours and 59 minutes.

        ◆After the data and test conditions are input, the controller has the function of screen locking to avoid human touch and shutdown.

        ◆ With RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, it can design programs on the computer, monitor the test process and perform automatic power on/off functions.

        ◆ With the function of automatic calculation, the temperature and humidity change conditions can be corrected immediately, so that the temperature and humidity control is more accurate and stable. 

        Refrigeration and air circulation system

        ◆ The refrigerator adopts the French original "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor.

        ◆ The refrigeration system is designed with unit or binary cryogenic circuit system.

        ◆ The multi-wing blower is used to supply air with strong air circulation to avoid any dead angles, which can make the temperature and humidity evenly distributed in the test area.

        ◆ Wind path circulation air return air design, wind pressure, wind speed are in line with the test standards, and can make the temperature and humidity at the moment of opening the door to stabilize the time quickly, the heating, cooling, humidification system is completely independent and effective, reduce the test cost, increase the life, reduce the failure rate.
