Applications
This product is suitable for corrosive gas testing of components, electronic components, protective coatings of metal materials and industrial products.
Measurement method
Sulfur dioxide concentration measurement method: through the sulfur dioxide flowmeter, the range is 30-300ml/mim, the sulfur dioxide flowmeter adopts glass rotameter, is an anti-corrosion flowmeter, is according to the requirements of the measurement medium, the use of corresponding corrosion-resistant materials, to meet the user's process requirements. The flowmeter has the following characteristics: 1. High accuracy of measuring instantaneous flow, 2. Measurement range up to 1:10, 3. Small pressure loss, 4. Suitable for measurement of corrosive fluids.
Material
1. Box shell material: 8mm thickness PVC reinforced hard plastic plate, smooth and smooth surface without scratches, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, easy to clean, no leakage;
2. Liner material: 8mm thickness PVC plastic plate;
3. Door material: The door is made of 8mm tempered glass, which is convenient for observing the test sample during the test.
4. The heating is the air heating mode of the inner tank, and the titanium alloy heating tube is used, which is corrosion-resistant, fast heating and uniform temperature distribution.
Control system
1. The temperature controller adopts high-precision digital display temperature controller, which is accurate, stable and does not drift in long-term operation;
2. It has the function of power-off memory, and the remaining test process can be continued when the power is restored;
3. Touch setting, digital direct display;
4. Sensor: PT100 test sensor made of corrosion-resistant 316 material;
5. Time relay: 1s~999h, m, s adjustable;
6. Actuators: AC contactors, miniature relays, solid-state relays.
Sulfur dioxide concentration control
1. The gas concentration is controlled by the metering cylinder buoy;
2. The air guide pipe is connected by corrosion-resistant silicone tube;
3. Compressed air is used for exhaust discharge.
Protection system
1. The overall equipment has overtemperature, low water level, overload, fan overheating, leakage, operation indication, etc., with automatic shutdown protection after fault alarm;
2. The exhaust gas is filtered and discharged outdoors after alkali solution, and the residual gas will not pollute the atmospheric environment.
