Introduction

The enhanced Ultra-Low Viscosity Adapter ULR-plus is used together with the Fountain Viscometer for accurate and repeatable measurement of low-viscosity objects. Both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids are applicable. The Ultra Low Viscosity Adapter ULR consists of a precision cylindrical rotor and a precision tubular sleeve (sample cup). The rheologically rigorous cylindrical structure design allows it to perform accurate viscosity measurement and shear rate determination.
