GLM-200 Steel Wheel Wear Tester

Introduction

The cycloidal pinwheel reducer is adopted, with large reduction ratio, compact structure, stable transmission, adjustable abrasive flow rate, which can effectively save the amount of abrasive. The testing machine achieves a steel wheel speed of 75r/min through gear transmission deceleration. Compared with belt transmission, the gear transmission decelerates more accurately, stably, and will not slip. The rotation of the steel wheel is controlled by a time relay. The required speed, the motor stops automatically. The testing machine has the characteristics of reasonable design, simple structure, beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable rotation, and automatic shutdown when it meets the test requirements. It is mainly suitable for the wear resistance test of cement bricks.

Precautions and maintenance

♦When connecting the power cord, pay attention to the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and the steel wheel should rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow;

♦The testing machine needs to be reliably grounded at the grounding mark (Wire diameter not less than 1.5mm);

♦ After each test, the testing machine should be cleaned, especially the sand on the fixture and its guide rail;

♦The side cover of the gearbox should be removed every year, and an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease should be added to the gears.

♦Ambient temperature: room temperature

♦No corrosive nature around

♦The ground is firm and level

♦The power supply is 380V, and the Voltage fluctuation range does not exceed 10% of the rated Voltage
