Introduction

Equipped with a variety of fixture accessories can test the ring compression strength of base paper, the flat compression strength of cardboard, the edge pressure strength, gluing strength and other tests, so that paper production enterprises can control production costs and improve product quality.

The performance parameters and technical indicators of the product comply with the following standards: GB/T 2679.8 "Determination of Annular Compressive Strength of Paper and Cardboard", GB/T 6546-1998 "Determination of Edge Compressive Strength of Corrugated Cardboard", GB/T 6548-1998 "Determination of Adhesive Strength of Corrugated Cardboard", GB/T 2679.6-1996 "Determination of Flat Compressive Strength of Corrugated Core" and other standards

The following tests can be performed:

1. Equipped with a ring pressure test center plate and a special sampler for ring pressure, the cardboard ring compressive strength test (RCT) is carried out;

2. Equipped with edge pressure (bonding) sample sampler and auxiliary guide block to carry out corrugated cardboard edge pressure strength test (ECT);

3. Equipped with peel strength test rack for corrugated cardboard bonding (peeling) strength test (PAT);

4. Equipped with a flat pressure sample sampler to carry out the flat compressive strength test (FCT) of corrugated cardboard;
