The flexibility of the paint film is evaluated by the ability of the materials to deform together without damage. QTY-10A Paint Film Cylindrical Bending Tester is equipped with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12mm shaft rods with eight diameters.
Test Principle
Under the standard regulations, it is expressed by the minimum shaft diameter that does not cause cracking of the paint film after the test panel is bent out 180 degrees around the shaft within 1-3 seconds.
