Function

HNS series digital display Torque Tester is specially used for testing various torque wrenches. The digital display of the torque value is accurate and intuitive, and the preparation of various mortises is simple, which is convenient for clamping. Adding corresponding accessories can also conduct torsional tests on parts and components. This machine complies with the "JJG797-2013" national standard for torque wrench Testers, and the standard test method for "JJG707-2003" torque plate measurement verification regulations. It can conduct tests and provide data according to national standards and international standards such as ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, etc.

• Connecting shaft: the square head used to connect the sensor and torque wrench.

• Torque-loaded handwheel: When the torque-loaded handwheel rotates clockwise, the connecting shaft rotates counterclockwise.

• Display: touch the LCD, you can directly click the buttons on the screen

• Printer: miniature printer, can print test data directly

• Power switch: When the power switch is pressed, the power is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the test system starts immediately, and the power switch is pressed again, the system is shut down.

• Torx screw: used to lock the limit block.

• Horizontal column: used to adjust the height of the handle of the torque wrench to make it level on the Tester.

• Arm adjustment handwheel: used to adjust the length of the loading arm of the torque wrench; when the wheel rotates clockwise to the right, the guide block moves to the right and the length of the arm increases.

• Power interface: connect to AC 220V/50Hz mains

• Communication interface: connect the data cable, can communicate with the computer online
