KOSON KS-225T Integrated digital display Rebound instrument
Nominal kinetic energy 2.207J, steel drilling rate fixed value 80 +/- 2, spring stiffness 785N/m, with automatic recording, automatic storage, automatic calculation, automatic data processing and other functions, widely used in structural engineering ordinary concrete compressire strength rebound method of non-damage detection.
KOSONApplication
For non-destructive testing assessment of the compressive strength of hardened concrete in building structures.
Parameters such as design strength, carbonization depth, impact angle, impact test surface, detection curve, and whether to pump can be set according to on-site inspection conditions. Immediately after the test, the strength estimation result of the component can be given, and the calculation process is completely carried out in accordance with the provisions in the "Technical Regulations for Testing the Compressive Strength of Concrete with Rebound Method" JGJ/T23-2011.
Embedded design is adopted to facilitate the replacement of mechanical resilient body. The digital display instrument of this product adopts an independent design, and the induction signal is connected with the rebound head through non-contact. The mechanical resilient body can be maintained or replaced only by removing a few screws connecting the instrument case and the resilient body. Since there is no connection between the two, disassembly will not cause damage to the electronic part. After the mechanical rebound body is replaced or maintained, it can continue to be used by installing an electronic instrument.

Features
Chinese characters: All Chinese characters are displayed, and there are corresponding Chinese prompts in different interfaces.
Digitization: The rebound value is displayed in two forms of numbers and pointers, and the consistency of the displayed value is good.
Accuracy: The calculation results fully comply with the industry standard of the People's Republic of CHINA "Technical Regulations for Testing the Compressive Strength of Concrete by Rebound Method" JGJ/T23-2011.
Automation: Automatically display and record the rebound value, and calculate the converted strength value of each measurement area and the estimated strength of the component according to the relevant inspection specifications.
No wear: The image sensor is used to calculate the rebound value, which is more stable and accurate than the traditional grating sensor.
Convenience: Manage data by component, estimate strength, record carbonation value on site; and wireless Bluetooth printing (optional).
Portability: One-piece design, small size, easy to carry.
Voice registration function, noisy environment can also be equipped with headphones to monitor.
Digital display does not need calibration.
