PN-CST crease stiffness Tester is a multi-functional stiffness Tester designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T 23144 and ISO 5628, which is mainly used to measure the indentation force (i.e., the rebound force of 90° crease) of cardboard and color boxes (such as cigarette boxes and cosmetics boxes), and can also measure the bending stiffness of various cardboards, which is to achieve two measurements on the same instrument: 15° bending stiffness and 90° crease stiffness.
In the high-speed automatic packaging line, unqualified cartons often occur, such as irregular shape, bending and poor bonding, so as to reduce production efficiency. The reason for the above phenomenon is that the ratio of the stiffness of the cardboard to the crease force of the cardboard after indentation is not appropriate. The reason for the irregular shape of the carton is that the crease force is too small and deformed, the reason for the poor adhesion is that the crease force is too large and thus bounces off the adhesive, and the reason why the carton is bent around is that the indentation is too stiff relative to the cardboard, and the indentation tries to bounce off, and the cardboard does not have enough stiffness to prevent it from popping off. Therefore, it is necessary to control the proportional relationship between crease force and stiffness, so as to make a good carton. The carton with the right ratio of crease force and stiffness has a smooth and full appearance after forming on the high-speed automatic packaging line, and the chamfer angle is straight and straight.
This instrument uses a color touch screen as a fully automatic stiffness Tester with man-machine interface, which displays stiffness and time curves in real time.
