PNSHAR PN-SPT towel permeability Tester

PN-SPT towel permeability Tester is a testing instrument for towel penetration and diaper permeability developed according to the national standards GB/T 8939 and GB/T 28004. It is mainly suitable for the detection of the penetration amount of women's towels and pads. It is mainly used for the permeation performance test of disposable diapers, diapers and diaper pads (nursing pads), and is not suitable for adult mild incontinence products, such as care towels.

The amount of infiltration is an important parameter to describe the permeability of a towel. To a certain extent, it expresses the instantaneous absorption capacity of the towel in the face of raging floods. When the liquid flows down the slope, the gravity carries a certain velocity, which cleverly simulates the real situation when the human body uses the surging tide of the towel. The liquid flows quickly through the body of the towel, and the absorption capacity of the towel represents its instantaneous absorption capacity.

Permeability is an important technical parameter for the permeability of baby diapers, baby diapers, adult diapers and diapers, and diaper pads (nursing pads). It includes the amount of slippage, retracement, and leakage. The amount of slippage refers to the volume of a certain amount of test solution that is not absorbed when it flows through the surface of the inclined specimen, in ml.
