PNSHAR PN-PC15 (D) Paper Cutter

The PN-PC15(D) Double Edge Cutter is an upgraded version of the PN-PC15 standard Cutter. Working principle: Put the sample that needs to be cut, press the sample with the handle with the left hand, hold the handle with the right hand to cut, release the left hand, and take out the sample.
