PNSHAR PN-SQT50 indentation strength Tester

PN-SQT50 indentation strength Tester is a corrugated cardboard indentation strength testing instrument developed according to the standard Tappi T829, which is mainly used for single corrugated cardboard and double corrugated cardboard, and can also be used for triple corrugated cardboard, but the reliability is poor. Corrugated box quality is evaluated by comparing the pressures that can be withstood by indentated specimens and non-indentation specimens, e.g. for effective assembly and sealing of corrugated cardboard boxes.

The problem of indentation on the automatic packaging line is that it is shallow and cannot be formed, especially the shaking cover pressing line is easy to jam the machine, and if the automatic packaging box is dispensing sealing, the pressing line is not in place, the rebound force is easy to open the glue, and the box cover pops open.
