PN-SAT carton slip angle Tester is used to test the anti-slip performance of cartons. When the beer case or other packaging boxes are stacked and transported, if the surface friction coefficient is too small, it is easy to cause slippage, and the machine test is used to improve the slip resistance of the package. In order to minimize the impact of defective corrugated and fiber cartons on their in-line work efficiency/process loss, and to determine the in-line operation of the relevant packaging materials, a special instrument for measuring the friction angle of various cartons was specially developed. The in-line sliding performance test of special beer crates and beverage packaging crates is very beneficial.
The relationship between the carton sliding angle and the static friction coefficient: the static friction coefficient is the tangent value of the carton sliding angle. The coefficient of static friction can be calculated by measuring the sliding angle.
Test Principle:
