PNSHAR PN-WRT Adhesive Water Resistance Tester

PN-WRT adhesive water resistance Tester is a testing instrument designed and developed according to the standard GB/T22873-2008 and ISO3038 to measure the water resistance of corrugated cardboard adhesive line, mainly used in the freezing industry or export high-grade moisture resistance, suitable for all kinds of corrugated cardboard, especially for corrugated cardboard with high moisture resistance.

The basic principle of the determination of adhesive water resistance is to immerse the standard specimen of corrugated cardboard with a size of 20mm × 150mm in water, hang the standard heavy stone on the cardboard, and make the force direction perpendicular to the adhesive line, and measure the time required for the adhesive line to resist the traction of the heavy stone. The longer it lasts, the better the water resistance. This method places more emphasis on the performance of the cardboard under the condition of immersion in water and subjected to a certain tensile force, tests whether the adhesive layer of the cardboard still has tensile or compressive strength, and judges its resistance under the condition of immersion by the time when the adhesive layer is pulled apart.

The instrument is a mechatronics product, using modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design criteria, using professional high-speed ARM processor carefully and reasonably designed, novel design, easy to use, excellent performance, beautiful and generous.

The instrument can measure 30 samples at the same time, and the instrument has its own control system to record the instantaneous time of each heavy stone falling, without the need for special personnel to be on duty, reducing labor costs and improving testing efficiency and accuracy.
