The inner box of the constant temperature Water Tank is made of good 304 stainless steel and precision machining technology, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The shell is made of good steel plate electrostatic spraying, and the temperature control device adopts high-stability operational amplifier and double-integral high-precision A/D conversion technology, with self-tuning, and at the same time has BBS compensation function setting. The heater adopts direct heater, which has low heat loss, short thermal equilibrium time, small temperature fluctuation, good uniformity, LED display, accurate and intuitive.

Know before use

1. Please read this manual carefully before use.

2. The working plane table of the constant temperature Water Tank can not be excessively smooth and tilted.

3. The current rating of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the current rating of the machine, and there should be good grounding measures.

4. Avoid using the whole machine in a direct sunlight environment, and the ambient temperature should be 5~45°C.

5. If the Water Tank with circulation function is optional: the internal circulation Water Tank is configured, and the circulation button can be controlled directly (the water level needs to be submerged in the circulation outlet). If the external circulation Water Tank is configured, the initial default setting is internal circulation, and please be sure to check whether the interface docking at the circulation place is firm and does not seep water before starting. If you need to use the external circulation function, remove the leather pipe connected to the water inlet and outlet and connect the circulation pipe with the circulation button closed. And after confirming that there is no leakage, the external circulation can be used.

How to use:

1. Check the water discharge switch to make the water discharge switch in the closed state.

2. Open the lid of the Water Tank, add 2/3 of the water, put the container of the required test into the Water Tank, and then close the lid of the Water Tank.

After injecting liquid, pay attention to observe whether there is water leakage at the pipe joint, and if there is any water leakage, please deal with it in time.

3. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, then press the SET button to set the desired temperature, and then press the SET button to exit, at this time the constant temperature Water Tank can work normally.

4. When heating to the set temperature for the first time, the temperature may be flushed, at this time, please use the self-tuning method to work (please refer to the instruction manual of the thermostat for details).
