The RDS No. 4 Squeegee + Stamping Table Set consists of a filament wound RDS4 wire rod and an embossing bed.

The 4-wire rod coater can prepare 9.1 micron wet film, which is the mainstream model chosen by most customers in CHINA. This RDS4 squeegee is made of stainless steel with a Wire diameter of 0.10mm.

Compared with proofing directly on a hard platform, proofing on an RK imprint machine has better repeatability and proofing results. This is due to the fact that the soft foam/rubber liner can absorb the pressure applied by the operator to a certain extent, so as to make the proofing effect better.
